ORCHARDS, VINEYARD:
The prayerful attitude formed by the seven daily gatherings of the brothers in church finds creative expression and fruitfulness through our manual labor, by concern about the conservation of the environment, in stewardship of the land through careful, prudent, management of the monastery’s natural resources.
