Faith seeking understanding, the principle for monastic formation, is perhaps best symbolized in the library. Here our faith is supported and nourished by resources available for formation, study, and reading of various kinds. With 50,000 volumes and numerous journals a monk is encouraged to deepen God’s gift and calling of faith and vocation.
